Who runs this website
This website is operated by Continuum Chiropractic PLLC, a chiropractic practice in Argyle, TX. Throughout these terms, "we" and "us" mean the practice, and "you" means anyone using the site.
You can reach us at info@continuumchiro.net or (940) 245-8909.
This site is not medical advice
Everything published here — service descriptions, answers to common questions, and any educational content — is general information. It is not a diagnosis, not a treatment plan, and not a substitute for being examined by a qualified healthcare provider who knows your history.
Reading this site does not make you a patient of this practice, and no doctor–patient relationship is created until you attend an appointment.
If you think you are having a medical emergency, call 911. Do not wait to hear back from us.
Results are individual
Patient reviews and stories on this site describe those patients' own experiences. They are published with the words their authors wrote and are not a promise, guarantee or prediction of what care will do for anyone else. Outcomes depend on your history, your presentation and your circumstances.
Booking and appointments
Appointments are booked through our scheduling provider at https://continuumchiro.janeapp.com/. That is a separate service with its own terms and its own privacy policy, and any information you enter there is handled under those terms.
Booking a slot online is a request for an appointment. We will confirm it, and we may need to contact you if the time is no longer available.
Content on this site
The text, photographs, logo and design of this site belong to the practice, except where they are clearly credited to someone else. You are welcome to read, print and share pages for your own personal use, and to link to any page here.
Please do not republish this content as your own, or use the practice's name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse something we do not.
Links to other sites
Where we link to another organization — our scheduling provider, a professional body, or a resource we think is useful — we do not control that site and are not responsible for its content or its privacy practices.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the practice or the site changes. The date at the top of this page tells you when they were last revised. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the current version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
