What this website collects, what it doesn't, and where your information actually goes.

The short version
This website does not collect anything about you. There is no contact form, no newsletter signup, no account, no advertising tracker and no cookie set by us. You can read every page here without giving us any information at all.
The moment you do share something — by booking, calling or emailing — this page explains what happens to it.
When you book an appointment
Online booking happens on our scheduling provider's own site at https://continuumchiro.janeapp.com/, not here. The name, contact details and health information you enter are collected and stored by that provider on the practice's behalf, and are covered by their privacy policy and their security commitments as well as our own obligations as your healthcare provider.
Nothing you type into the booking system passes through this website.
When you call or email
If you call (940) 245-8909 or write to info@continuumchiro.net, we keep what you send us so we can answer you and, if you become a patient, so it forms part of your record. We use it for that and nothing else.
Email is not a secure channel. Please do not send detailed health information by email — bring it to your appointment or call us instead.
Your health records
Health information the practice holds about you as a patient is protected health information, handled under HIPAA and Texas law. That is separate from this website, and your rights over it — to see it, to get a copy, to ask for corrections — are set out in the notice of privacy practices you receive as a patient. Ask us and we will give you another copy.
Analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics, from the company that hosts this website, to count page views and see which pages are useful. It sets no cookies and records aggregate visits only: the page, the referring site, and your general country and device type. It does not build a profile of you, follow you to other websites, or sell anything about you, and we do not run advertising trackers on this site.
What we never do
We do not sell your information. We do not rent, trade or share it for anyone else's marketing. We share information only where we need to in order to provide your care, or where the law requires it.
Children
We treat children as patients, and often very young ones. Everything about a child patient is provided by and discussed with their parent or guardian. This website itself is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect anything from them.
