Care that keeps up with your life — for teens, athletes, parents and grandparents.
Most people arrive here because something hurts. They stay because they notice everything else working better — sleeping more deeply, moving more freely, handling stress with a little more room.
Chiropractic care focuses on restoring proper movement and alignment to the spine and joints so the nervous system can coordinate the body the way it is designed to.
Care that adapts as you do
Health looks different at every stage of life, and a plan built for a teenage athlete should not look like one built for a grandparent returning to golf.
Every plan starts with an evaluation of your nervous system and your actual goals, not a template.
That range is why the practice is called Continuum. The same care runs through pregnancy, recovery after birth and the children who follow — and most families here end up using more than one of them.

What patients say
“Morgan is the BEST! She makes you feel at home and you can tell she genuinely cares! Whether you are an adult or looking for a chiropractor for a child I highly recommend Continuum!”
“I've been seeing Dr. Morgan consistently for several years, and she's truly an incredible chiropractor. Her adjustments are always precise and effective, and it feels like she knows exactly what needs to be released every time.”
What does an adjustment actually feel like?
For adults, usually a brief pressure and sometimes an audible release, followed by a sense of things moving more freely. For babies and children, it is light sustained contact — most parents are surprised by how little there is to see. Nothing is done without explaining it first.
How many visits will I need?
It depends on what brought you in, how long it has been going on and what you want to achieve — which is why no plan is quoted before an evaluation. You will always be told what is recommended and why, and the decision about how far to go is yours.
Do I need a referral to see a chiropractor?
No. In Texas you can see a chiropractor directly, with no referral from a physician or midwife. If you are working with a birth team or pediatrician, care is easily coordinated alongside them. You can book online or call the office.
